US Airways Planning Tel Aviv Route

US Airways today announced its intention to provide a daily, nonstop flight to Tel Aviv from its Philadelphia hub. The route, pending approval by U.S and Israeli officials, would begin in July 2009.
Airbus A330-200 aircraft would service the flight, which would be the longest nonstop route for US Airways. The airline started service from Philadelphia to Heathrow Airport in London back in March.
